LEGAL AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to enter DarkStone Firearms Shooting Range (the “Range Facilities”), rent a firearm, shoot and/or observe any activity thereon, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors and assigns (“Releasor”), agree to read this Assumption of the Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”) fully and completely before signing. By signing this Agreement, Releasor explicitly and unequivocally agrees to its terms and understands that it is a binding and fully enforceable contract with legal consequences.
This Agreement shall apply to DarkStone Firearms, including, but not limited to, its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and all individuals and entities involved in its business operations (“Releasees”).

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK:
Shooting firearms carries inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken. I acknowledge that use of the Range Facilities is potentially hazardous. Risks include, but are not limited to, accidental discharge, ricocheting bullets, firearm malfunction, hot brass, falling objects, excessive noise, slipping and falling, and exposure to lead.
I acknowledge that participation may result in serious injury or death, including paralysis, loss of limb, blindness, hearing loss, tinnitus, disability, illness, emotional distress, or property damage.
My participation is voluntary and I knowingly assume all risks associated with my presence at the Range Facilities.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
In consideration for being permitted to enter and use the Range Facilities, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence, gross negligence, premises liability, or product liability.
I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am waiving and contractually agreeing to waive all of my rights to sue or bring any legal action against the Releasees for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of my presence at or use of the Range Facilities.
INDEMNIFICATION:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising from my actions or presence at the Range Facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR DAMAGES:
I agree to assume all liability and pay for any damage I cause to DarkStone Firearms property, including range facilities, firearms, equipment, fixtures, or the personal property of others, regardless of whether such damage is caused intentionally, negligently, accidentally, or without fault.
USE OF FIREARMS:
I certify that I am legally permitted to possess and use firearms. I am not under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that may impair my ability to handle a firearm safely. I agree to follow all posted range rules and instructions provided by DarkStone Firearms staff.
USE OF AMMUNITION:
I acknowledge that only approved ammunition may be used at the Range Facilities. I accept full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by ammunition I provide.
